● Private beta · API-first
WhatsApp infrastructure for SaaS developers.
Onboard your customers, manage WhatsApp connections, create templates, send messages and receive signed webhooks through one developer-first API.
The problem
Integrating WhatsApp directly is a project, not a feature.
- — App review, business verification and Embedded Signup configuration with Meta.
- — Token exchange, storage and rotation for every customer you onboard.
- — Per-customer WABAs, phone numbers, templates and quality ratings.
- — Webhook verification, fan-out, retries and idempotency.
- — Multi-tenant isolation so one customer never sees another's data.
What Connect handles
Meta Embedded Signup
Your customers connect their own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's official signup flow, launched from your product. They own the WABA; you get scoped access.
Customer connections
Every end customer is a first-class record scoped to a project and environment, with a connection lifecycle you can query: pending, connected, action required, disconnected.
Messaging API
One REST surface to send template and session messages on behalf of a customer connection, with idempotency keys and delivery status tracking.
Template management
Create, submit and track message templates per customer WABA, with reusable blueprints across your customer base.
Signed webhooks
Inbound messages and status updates are normalized and forwarded to your endpoint with HMAC signatures, retries and a delivery log.
Sandbox and production
Each project ships with isolated sandbox and production environments. Data, customers and credentials never cross between them.
API logs
Every API request and webhook delivery is recorded with status, latency and payload metadata so you can debug without guessing.
Security
Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, encrypted credentials at rest, hashed API keys, scoped roles and an append-only audit log.
Pricing preview
Free sandbox during private beta. Production pricing will be published before general availability.
FAQ
+Is BadCompadres an official Meta Business Solution Provider?
Not at this time. We are building on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and Embedded Signup. We will only state partner status once Meta has approved it.
+Who owns the WhatsApp Business Account?
Your customer does. The WABA is created or connected under their own Meta Business portfolio. Connect only holds the access they grant.
+Do you use WhatsApp Web, QR codes or unofficial libraries?
No. Connect only uses Meta's official Cloud API. No QR sessions, no browser automation.
+Is this an inbox or CRM?
No. Connect is API infrastructure for developers building their own products. We do not ship an agent inbox, bots or campaigns.
+Who pays Meta's conversation fees?
Meta may bill conversation charges separately from Connect's platform fee. Billing details will be published before general availability.
