Terms of Service

These terms govern access to BadCompadres Connect ("Connect"), operated by Badcompadres. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.
The service
Connect is infrastructure for developers. It is offered as a private beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Features labeled "Planned" or "Requires Meta approval" are not yet available.
Developer responsibilities
- Comply with WhatsApp Business policies, Meta's terms and applicable law.
- Obtain and record opt-in from recipients and honor opt-out requests promptly.
- Never send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or prohibited content.
- Keep API keys and credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under them.
- Provide your own end users with an accurate privacy notice.
WhatsApp Business Accounts
Each WhatsApp Business Account belongs to the business that connected it. Connect only holds the access granted. Availability depends on Meta's policies and decisions, which are outside our control.
Fees
The private beta is free. Future pricing will be communicated in advance. Meta may bill WhatsApp conversation fees separately and independently from Connect.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment or violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Badcompadres is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by third parties including Meta.
