Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from BadCompadres Connect at any time.

Developers with an account

• Sign in to the developer portal and open Settings.
• Use "Request data deletion". Organization owners can include their organization.
• We confirm by email and complete the request, subject to legal retention obligations.

End customers of a developer

If you connected your WhatsApp Business Account through a product built on Connect, contact that product first; they control your customer record. You may also email us and we will coordinate with them.

By email

Send a request from the email associated with your account to gerardo@badcompadres.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

What is deleted

Account, profile, memberships, customer records and, once available, connection credentials. Disconnecting from Connect does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account at Meta.
